Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you play xFPS. We kept them short and plain. By playing, or by creating an account, you agree to them.

Last updated: 22 October 2026. These terms also apply to xFPS: Online Multiplayer for Android. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

01 / WHO PROVIDES XFPS

Who provides xFPS

xFPS is provided by Bink Online, Le Mairekade 77, 1013 CB Amsterdam, the Netherlands, KvK (Chamber of Commerce) number 75927276 (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at contact@xfps.io.

02 / THE GAME

The game

  • xFPS is free to play in your browser and its browser-backed Android edition. These online editions require an internet connection and have no advertisements or real-money purchases. Separate game-portal editions may have advertisements under the portal’s rules.
  • You can play as a guest or with a free account. An account keeps your progress online and is needed for ranked play and clans.
  • The game is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running well, but we cannot promise it will always be available, fast or free of bugs. Servers can be down for maintenance or problems, and matches can be interrupted.
  • We keep improving xFPS, so modes, maps, weapons, balance and features can change or be removed.

03 / AGE

Age

You must be at least 13 years old to play xFPS. If you are under 16, you need permission from a parent or guardian to create an account.

04 / YOUR ACCOUNT

Your account

  • Keep your password and recovery codes safe. Registration does not ask for your email. You can reset a forgotten password using your username and a saved recovery code. Each reset replaces all previous codes and signs out other devices. Without your password or a saved code, we cannot recover your account.
  • One person per account. Your account is for you alone. Do not share it, sell it, buy someone else’s, or let others play on it.
  • You are responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else is using it, contact us.
  • Choose a username that follows the fair play rules below. Usernames cannot be changed by you; we may change or remove one that breaks the rules.

05 / FAIR PLAY

Fair play

Everyone should be able to enjoy a match. Do not:

  • Cheat: no aimbots, wallhacks, scripts, macros, modified clients, bots that play for you, or other tools that give an unfair advantage.
  • Abuse bugs or exploits. If you find one, please tell us instead.
  • Harass or hate: no bullying, threats, hate speech, discrimination, or sexual content, in chat, names or anywhere else.
  • Impersonate other players, moderators or Bink Online. An in-game name that belongs to a registered account can only be used by that account; anyone else plays under a neutral name.
  • Use offensive names for your account, player name or clan. All chat is filtered (Global, match and clan chat), but a filter only catches some words; using different spellings to get around it is not allowed either.
  • Spam or advertise: no flooding, links, promotion, or selling.
  • Trade for money: no selling or buying accounts, items or progress for real money.
  • Attack or overload our servers, interfere with other players’ connections, or reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with our servers or network protocol, except where the law explicitly allows it.
  • Get around a ban or mute, for example with a new account.

06 / ENFORCEMENT

What happens if you break the rules

Depending on what happened, we may warn you, mute you in chat, change your username or clan name, remove messages, reset progress that was gained unfairly, suspend or ban you, or remove your account. Players caught cheating may be placed in separate matches with other such players and bots, without any progression, for a set time or permanently, instead of being suspended. We try to act fairly and in proportion. If you think we made a mistake, email us and we will look at it again.

07 / VIRTUAL ITEMS

XP, credits and other virtual items

  • XP, levels, credits, crates, camos, cosmetics, finishing moves and other in-game rewards are part of the game. They have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred to other players.
  • You get a right to use them in the game, not ownership of them.
  • We may rebalance, change or reset them, for example to fix a bug, an exploit or the game economy.
  • Only official Quick Play (casual) and Ranked matches earn match progress. Custom matches, whether invite-only or listed publicly, are for practice and fun: they award no XP, credits, match crates, camo or challenge progress, career stats or leaderboard results.

08 / YOUR CONTENT

Your names and messages

Your username, player name, clan name and tag, and chat messages are yours. By using them in xFPS you allow us to store and show them in the game (in matches, chat, leaderboards, profiles and clan pages) for as long as that is needed to run the game. We may remove or change content that breaks these terms.

09 / OUR CONTENT

Our content

The xFPS game, its code, design, name and logo belong to Bink Online. You may play and share links to the game, and make videos and streams of your own gameplay. Do not copy, resell or redistribute the game itself.

Some sounds, textures, models and the font are made by others and used under their own licences (such as CC0, CC BY and the SIL Open Font License). Those licences keep applying to those parts; see the credits in the game and the credit files published with it.

10 / LIABILITY

Liability

xFPS is a free game provided “as is”. To the extent Dutch law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, or for the loss of progress, virtual items or data, for example because of an outage, a bug or a forgotten password.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

11 / DELETING OR ENDING

Deleting your account, or ending it

  • You can stop playing at any time. You can delete your account in the game under Settings → Account → Delete account, or request deletion at contact@xfps.io. See the deletion instructions, including ownership verification.
  • After you confirm (three steps), your account is deactivated immediately: you are signed out everywhere, and it is hidden from leaderboards, chat and matchmaking. It is permanently erased 14 days later.
  • Within those 14 days you can sign in to keep it, or email us to restore it, for example if someone else deleted it without your permission. Your username stays reserved during that time. After 14 days the account, its progress, classes, cosmetics and credits are gone for good and cannot be restored.
  • We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms (see enforcement). We may also stop offering xFPS; if we do, we will try to announce it in the game in good time.

12 / CHANGES

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the game changes or the law requires it. We change the date at the top, and for important changes we show a notice in the game. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can stop playing and delete your account.

13 / LAW AND DISPUTES

Law and disputes

Dutch law applies to these terms. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you can also bring a claim before the courts where you live. Please contact us first; most problems are quicker to solve by email.

14 / CONTACT
