Bankshot Bandit Privacy Policy

Effective 21 October 2026

This policy explains how Bink Online handles information in the Android app Bankshot Bandit (package nl.binkonline.bankshotbandit). This page is hosted on xfps.io for Bink Online; it does not describe the separate xFPS game.

Progress stored on your device

Your stars, unlocked rooms, best results, robot colour and settings are stored locally in the app. No game account or cloud synchronisation is provided. Bink Online does not receive your saved game. Reset progress in Settings → Saved progress → Reset progress, or clear the app's storage in Android settings. Uninstalling also removes this local progress. Local progress is not included in Android cloud backup.

Advertising and Google's services

The ad-supported edition uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) and Google's User Messaging Platform. The separate offline test edition contains no advertising SDK or network permission. Gameplay content is bundled in both editions and does not require an internet connection; ads require internet access and may not always be available.

In the ad-supported edition, Google may collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device or advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic/performance information. Google uses this information for advertising, analytics, security and fraud prevention. Bink Online does not add a separate analytics SDK, sell game accounts, or operate a gameplay-data server for this app.

Where required, the app asks for privacy choices before requesting ads. Available choices can be revisited under Settings → Ad privacy choices. Advertising choices do not change access to the game's rooms. Android also provides controls for your advertising identifier. Google controls the retention of information it processes; see Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Google may process information in countries other than your own under the safeguards described in its policies.

Age range and advertising

The ad-supported app asks for a broad age range, not a date of birth. This choice stays on your device and can be changed in Settings → Age range. If you select under 16, prefer not to say, or skip the question, the app does not request ads or start advertising consent collection. For ages 16–17, ad requests use Google's teen age-restricted treatment. For adults, ads remain subject to the applicable privacy choices. The full game remains available regardless of this choice. Clearing the app's storage removes the age-range choice; resetting game progress alone does not.

Audience

Bankshot Bandit is intended for teens and adults aged 13 and over, and is not directed to children under 13. Please contact us if you believe personal information from a child has been provided to us. The game does not request your name, precise location, camera, microphone, contacts or payment information.

Support and your choices

If you email games@binkonline.nl, Bink Online receives your email address and whatever information you include so we can respond. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. We keep support correspondence while needed to resolve your request and meet applicable obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you have provided, or raise a privacy concern, using the same address. Applicable rights may also include restriction, objection and portability. You can complain to your local data-protection authority; in the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Deleting the local saved game does not delete information independently processed by Google. Google's privacy controls and policy explain the requests and choices available for that information. No Bink Online game account needs to be deleted.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
